What make something persuasive is how the author use some techqniques to make you fall into the topic. For example when they show you sad images you feel sorry for the topic and start been persuasive. Also the music the use makes you feel different and impacts you. Therefore they use facts to show how the thing they are trying to persuasive is true. Also they use facts, and music to create emotions towards 
the topic.
