NEWS REPORTER (walking around the school): Have you ever felt that you don't want to go to your next class? That you just aren't willing to travel to that boring math class? Well we have and we mean to change it.

Today, students feel unmotivated by the constant boredom of their routine. They feel pressured by their teachers and superiors. Eisenstein Schools plan to change these problems. The routinary schedules are prone to kill multidirectional thinking and train the students to learn linearly in stead of considering multiple possibilities.

Eisenstein Educational Institutes will be a school with a liberty of schedules. This means that the students will be able to manage their schedules and their curriculums according to their interests. Nevertheless, they will require a minimum amount of hours per class in order to get a full credit for the class. As well, during the time given, the students will be required to complete certain accomplishments

In Eisenstein schools, there is one tutor per five students, who decide what they want to learn at the time they want. They can decide what to learn, if they accomplish the minimum tasks and hours they are expected to complete for each class. Ass well, the groups will change on a monthly basis in order to teach the students to collaborate with different personalities.

Off course  that this new model of learning would require teachers with a higher level of training, however our school offers a training program that takes 2 months that adapts our teachers to the system of our school.

It has been proved that these learning style is called the Dalton Plan which has been working successfully since the 1800s. Self government in learning programs is also expressed in the Winnetka plan. Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences also applies to this type of learning.

Here we have: (*blank), a student who will share with us a full day in the new school. How are you (*blank)?

(NEWS REPORTER goes into a class and STUDENT comes out with him)

STUDENT: Hey! Thank you for inviting me. Eisenstein Learning Institutes has changed my life as a student, but more important,  as a learner. Now I can decide when to learn my classes and to blend my schedule according to my interest.

NEWS REPORTER : What do you think is the greatest advantage of this new school?

STUDENT: I think the greatest advantage is that I can chose who I can work with and collaborate with them. I can also change what I want to learn, according to what I feel like doing in that day, yet I still do need to learn certain things. I can also decide what to spend my extra hours on, and the teacher-student ratio is pretty good since it is 5:1.
